AI & Voice Policy

Principles for responsible AI employee creation, authority, voice, and human oversight in Zeovoice.

1. Governed employees, not unrestricted agents

Zeovoice is designed so an AI employee’s authority is explicit. The intended control chain is Role → Capabilities → Permissions → Policies → Actions → Audit Trail. Model reasoning does not itself grant permission to act.

2. Human oversight

Customers should require human approval or escalation when actions are sensitive, irreversible, financial, high-value, legally significant, or outside the employee’s intended authority.

3. Voice transparency and rights

Customers must have appropriate rights to voices they upload, clone, or configure. Zeovoice must not be used for deceptive impersonation. AI disclosure should be configured where required by law or appropriate for customer trust.

4. Knowledge is not authority

Business knowledge may inform an employee’s answers but should not silently modify permissions, policies, or tool authority. Retrieved or caller-provided text must be treated as untrusted input for security purposes.

5. Testing before deployment

Customers should test expected, edge, adversarial, and escalation scenarios before activation and after material policy, integration, model, voice, or workflow changes.

6. Evidence by default

Consequential actions should leave enough evidence to understand the request, employee, authority, policy decision, approval where applicable, execution result, and business outcome.

7. Limitations

AI may misunderstand speech, produce incorrect information, or behave unexpectedly. Zeovoice governance reduces risk but does not eliminate the need for appropriate business controls, monitoring, human judgment, and legal review.
