Zeovoice, explained simply.
Clear answers about the product, governance, voice, pricing, and deployment.
From job brief to deployed employee.
What is Zeovoice?
Zeovoice is a voice-first platform for creating governed AI employees. A business describes the employee it needs, Zeovoice turns that request into a structured role with capabilities, permissions, policies, voice, integrations, and evidence, and the employee can then be tested and deployed.
Is Zeovoice just a voice agent builder?
No. Voice is the primary interface, but the durable product is the employee operating layer: configuration, permissions, deterministic policy, integrations, approvals, outcomes, and audit evidence.
What kinds of AI employees can I create?
The initial focus is high-ROI customer-facing roles such as receptionist, sales, customer support, scheduling, and lead follow-up. The broader platform is designed to support additional governed roles over time.
How does Zeovoice control what an AI employee can do?
Each employee receives explicit capabilities, resource-scoped permissions, and policies. Consequential actions are evaluated outside the language model and can be allowed, denied, or routed to human approval.
Can Zeovoice transfer a call to a person?
Yes, the phone-agent architecture supports human transfer when the employee reaches an escalation condition or the configured workflow requires a person.
Does Zeovoice support business knowledge?
Yes. Businesses can provide approved knowledge for employees to use during calls. Retrieved knowledge is treated as data, not as authority to change employee permissions or policy.
How is Zeovoice priced?
Launch pricing is organized around AI employee capability plus included usage: Starter at $299/month, Growth at $799/month, Scale at $1,999/month, and custom Enterprise terms. The Zeovoice Proof Pilot is scoped separately, with commercial terms confirmed before deployment. See the pricing page for current plan details.
What is the Zeovoice Proof Pilot?
It is a scoped proof program for one AI employee on one measurable workflow. The team defines the baseline, target, authority, approved systems, safety rules, acceptance tests, escalation owner, and stop conditions before production work. Eligible workflows can go live the same day after validation. The 14-day proof clock starts with the first production interaction and can end sooner when the Success Contract evidence threshold is met.
Is the pilot just a free trial?
No. The pilot is designed to prove a business outcome under explicit operating controls, not simply provide temporary software access. Scope, integrations, implementation requirements, and commercial terms are confirmed before deployment.
What do we receive during the pilot?
The pilot includes a configured employee plan, a locked Success Contract, authority and safety design, pre-live acceptance testing, integration-readiness work, a six-part live gate, go-live readiness, Day 3 and Day 7 operating reviews, a Pilot Packet, and a final Evidence Report.
What happens when the proof window ends?
The customer reviews the measured outcome, policy accuracy, escalation quality, operating cost, and evidence completeness. The next step is explicit: Expand when the proof is strong, Refine when the workflow shows value but needs improvement, or Stop when the evidence does not justify scaling. If the bar is reached before Day 14, the pilot can graduate early; if representative evidence is still insufficient, the window can be extended up to 30 days by agreement.
Does Zeovoice guarantee revenue or cost savings?
No. Zeovoice provides software and automation capabilities; actual business outcomes depend on call volume, configuration, customer behavior, integrations, operations, and other factors.
Can I use a cloned voice?
Where voice cloning is offered, customers must have appropriate rights and consent. Voice cloning should not be used to impersonate people deceptively or without authorization.
Is Zeovoice ready for regulated data?
Specific regulated-data use requires an appropriate legal, security, vendor, retention, and deployment review. Do not assume a general Zeovoice plan satisfies a particular industry or jurisdictional requirement without written confirmation.
What happens after I describe the job?
Zeovoice structures the brief into a reviewable employee specification: role, outcomes, capabilities, permissions, policies, knowledge, integrations, escalation rules, tests, and evidence. You review and test that structure before deployment.
Can I change the employee later by voice?
That is the intended operating model. You can describe changes such as scheduling limits, approval thresholds, locations, languages, or new roles conversationally; consequential changes should still be reviewable before they affect live work.
Have a specific employee in mind?
Describe it by voice and let Zeovoice turn the job into a governed employee specification.
